MY SWEETIE PIE reserves the right to authorize, in writing, the return of delivered products if the buyer submits a written request within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected and sent back to the buyer at their own expense.
Products for which the return has been authorized must be shipped by the buyer, at their own cost and responsibility, and must reach My Sweetie Pie within 10 days from the date of authorization, in perfect condition.
Returns of defective products or items damaged due to causes not attributable to My Sweetie Pie will not be accepted under any circumstances.
